With nearly 20 years of experience leading research, strategy, and creative production across media, technology, and consulting, I've built a career translating complexity into clarity through compelling narratives that inspire action. My expertise in design thinking and user experience has enabled me to uncover customer insights that drive meaningful innovation.
My journey includes coordinating production offices and producing promotional campaigns and digital content for major film and television networks, studios, and startups—experiences that honed my storytelling capabilities. More recently, I've spearheaded research and insights for transformation initiatives at Salesforce , including leading the engagement and research for AI implementation in healthcare.
